Training for DOT specimen collections is required by the United States Department of Transportation (DOT).  Our program is the most comprehensive in the industry for initial certification as a DOT collector.

Are you a DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector?

Actually, DOT does not certify specimen collectors.  The DOT requirement is to be qualified to perform specimen collections.  In order to qualify to perform DOT urine specimen collections for the DOT drug testing program, a collector must:
  1. Receive training on all steps necessary to complete a collection correctly and the proper completion and transmission of the CCF along with dealing with problem collections, fatal flaws and correctable flaws.  The collector must also receive training on their responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the collection process, ensuring the privacy of employees being tested, ensuring the security of the specimen, and avoiding conduct or statements that could be viewed as offensive or inappropriate.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in collections under this part by completing five consecutive error-free mock collections.

This webinar does not include the proficiency demonstration (mock collections).  Mock collection sessions are available under a separate registration - Click Here for Mock Collections or you can Click Here to purchase them as a package and save.

Once you register and submit payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and instructions to log into the webinar. You will also receive required self-study pre-training materials to review on your own in advance of the webinar.
