If you have completed the required training, you now need the required five mock collections in front (live or webcam) of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections.

This program includes a refresher training and the required five mock collections in front (webcam) of a trainer qualified to monitor mock DOT collections. It typically takes about 1.5 hours per person.

Once payment and registration is received, pre-session homework assignments will be sent via e-mail and the client will receive a phone call to schedule the SKYPE required proficiency demonstration – mock collections.

In order to complete the required proficiency demonstration (mock collections) you will need the following:

1. A partner to play the role as the donor
2. 7 split specimen collection cups
3. 7 Federal custody and control forms (CCF’s)
